From Route 95 Going North
- Take exit #57
- Right onto Route 113 East
- East on Route 113 towards Newburyport/Downtown
From Route 113 Going East
- Follow Route 113 East for approx.
2 miles to flashing yellow light (courthouse on right).
- Left
at flashing yellow light onto Green Street. Follow to
end of street.
- Cross intersection diagonally to the right into the
municipal parking lot.
- Oak is located in the brick building,
marked “Brown’s Wharf”,
adjacent to the parking area.
- Use the West lobby entrance (facing the
street, you will see a sign for Ransom Environmental over
the door).
- Our reception area is on the second floor.

From the North
- 95 South to exit 103 (toward ME-9/Gardiner ME-126/Brunswick).
- Merge onto 295 south to exit 7 (Franklin Arterial/US-1A south).
- Stay straight through several lights to the waterfront.

From the South
- 95 north to exit 44 (which is 295 north toward South Portland/Portland downtown.
- On 295 north take exit 4 toward Portland/Waterfront.
- At the light take a right onto Commercial Street (1A-North).
- Building is located on the right, across from a gas station.
