Oak provides comprehensive support services for both environmental and site plan development permitting. Our areas of permitting expertise include site plan approvals for:

• Local Site Plan and Zoning
  
  Oak works closely with local planning boards and zoning boards of appeals to obtain required site plan approvals. We have a proven track record obtaining site plan approvals, special permits, and variances in communities throughout Massachusetts and surrounding New England states.
  
  
• Wetlands and Waterways
  
  We have expertise with permitting projects subject to protection under the state wetlands protection act and/or local bylaw. We prepare plans and license applications for waterways projects subject to state regulations under Chapter 91 or federal regulation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
  
  
• Industrial and Sanitary Discharges
  
  Oak permits industrial wastewater discharges and high-flow sanitary sewage discharges subject to state approval. We also permit discharges to ground water for sanitary or industrial waste waters. We have expertise in water conservation and reclamation measures for industrial sites and commercial car washes.
  
  
• Environmental Impact Reports
  
  Oak provides civil engineering support for projects requiring environmental impact reports (EIRs) under regulations such as the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). We will prepare Environmental Notification Forms or work with a team of consultants on comprehensive EIRs.
