We prepare plans and specifications for installation and/or repair of utilities and infrastructure systems. We work with the project team and regulatory authorities to provide the necessary systems to support the project.

Our utility services include:

• Water and Fire Protection
  
  Oak works closely with plumbing engineers and local water districts to provide water and fire protection services to the project site. Oak will assess the capacity of existing infrastructure and potential measures required to support the project.
  
  
• Sanitary Sewerage
  
  Oak’s team of engineers designs sanitary sewerage solutions including gravity sewers, pump stations, and subsurface disposal systems. We are experienced with innovative and alternative septic system designs for sites with constrained subsurface constraints.
  
  
• Private Utilities
  
  We also work with local utility companies to prepare plans for other private services such as electrical, telephone, and gas services. Oak designs steam and chilled water distribution systems for campuses with centralized heating and cooling facilities.
  
  
• Industrial Discharges
  
  In addition to these standard utilities, we also design systems for various industrial discharges. These systems include pretreatment for sewerage discharges and closed-loop systems for applications such as commercial vehicle washing.
